How to get the frames of a video using Movie Maker
Open Windows Movie Maker

Click “add photos and videos”
Add any video

Click “Edit”

Change the speed of the video

Drag the playback indicator on the seek bar to the frame of the video that you want to capture as a picture

PrintScreen every frames and save it using Paint or press the snapshot button in Movie Maker
